We’re excited to announce that we are NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS.

We will be taking applications at the office of our nearby Preserve at Sabal Park property located at: 3733 Chios Island Road, Seffner, Florida 33584

The apartment building is still an active construction zone and therefore is closed to the public.  For safety reasons, please do not attempt to enter the fenced-in area to the apartments at this time.

Move ins are anticipated to commence February 2021.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, applications will be taken BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Applicants are required to wear masks and remain socially distant from staff and others.  Sanitizer and Plexiglas barriers will be in place to further promote safety for everyone.

SabalPlace is a new affordable housing development located in Seffner Florida.  This 4-story garden style housing community will consist of 112 Units.   There will be a number of units designated specifically for those transitioning from homelessness.   


SabalPlace Apartments feature open floorplans, kitchen islands, large closets, and energy efficient appliances.  The site amenities include a gathering room,  ballet room with fitness equipment, splash pad, activity room, on-site laundry, free parking and more.
